    Send elevations and we'll build to them, or hand us the room and we'll draw it. Either way you get shop drawings to sign off before anything is cut.

    Tell us the site dates early. Cabinetry goes in near the end but gets noticed first, so the sooner we can measure, the fewer surprises at install.

Our process

From idea to install.

    We come to you

    A short call, then a visit to measure the room and look at how you actually use it. No charge, no obligation.

  2. 02

    3D model in 1–2 days

    We model the cabinetry in your actual room so you can see it before committing, and send a written estimate with it, same day or two at the outside.

  3. 03

    Built to your design

    Your cabinetry is built exactly to the approved drawings, in the materials and finishes you signed off on, and checked piece by piece before install day.

  4. 04

    Installed in 2–5 weeks

    Delivery and installation are handled start to finish. Most projects are complete two to five weeks after you approve the design, depending on size.

Will I see a design before I commit to anything?
Yes, and quickly. We come out and measure, then build a 3D model of the room so you can see the actual cabinetry in your actual space, not a catalogue photo of someone else's kitchen. That comes back to you with a written estimate the same day, or within two days at the outside. You are not waiting a fortnight to find out what it costs.
How long does the whole thing take?
Once you approve the design, most projects are built and installed within two to five weeks, depending on the size of the job and how quickly the materials come in. A single wardrobe or a mudroom sits at the short end; a full kitchen with stone and integrated appliances sits at the longer end. You get real dates, not a range, before anything is cut.
Who am I dealing with?
Us, the whole way. Kitchen + Closet is family owned, and the people you meet at the first visit stay responsible for your project through the final walkthrough.
What drives the cost?
Size first: how many linear feet of cabinetry, and how many drawers versus doors, since drawers cost more to build. Then materials: solid hardwood fronts sit above painted panels, and stone and hardware vary enormously. Then complexity: integrated lighting, appliance panels, curves, and anything that has to be scribed to an old and unlevel wall. We quote the whole project rather than per cabinet, and the number we give you after the in-home visit is the number.
How do we pay?
Cash, Zelle, or PayPal, whichever is easiest for you. The payment schedule is spelled out in your written estimate before anything is cut.
Do you work with builders and designers?
Yes. We'll build to your drawings or draw to your spec, and we're used to working around a site schedule and coordinating with the other trades. Talk to us early. The sooner cabinetry is measured, the fewer surprises at install.
What if something isn't right?
We come back and fix it, usually the same week. That's what the perfect-fit guarantee means. It isn't a warranty card, it's just how we finish a job.
Do you only make kitchens and closets?
No. Mudrooms, shelving, bookcases, media walls, home offices, wardrobes, bench seating. Anything built to fit the room it lives in. Kitchens and closets are simply the biggest share of what we make.
Where do you work?
Across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and North Texas. We come to you: the design starts in your home, and we see the project through to the final install.
